Ricky was tasked with removing everything you see in the first picture below. As you can see, there was very little space for the occupants. Rick then cleared the planting, fully paved the entire garden and installed a drain.
The occupants were extremely pleased with the final result and the extra touches like the decorative stones on the outside area (which serves as a double purpose of creating a French drain).

This complete bathroom revamp involved new levelling of pipework, new floor laying, resolving damp issues and incorporating partial utility room in the same area neatly installing washer and dryer within the cupboards.
Patio, BBQ shack and complete garden revamp!
This job took place in Summer 2021. Rick was asked to go and help an old colleague construct and create a barbecue paved and patio steps area in his garden. This included terracing, concrete pouring with concrete pump. Reinforcing mesh in the concrete was used for extra strength, then quartzite paving slabs with pointing, as a finish on the paths and the paved areas. The walls were rendered and the decking put in other areas and handrails were added.
